One of my Intex Spa buckles broke, that's why I was looking for an easy to print buckle. I came up with this one: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1413578 But adjusted it a little to be printable without supports. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator Mini+ Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0,20mm Infill: 40% Notes: The infill of the female part can be lowered to 20% but the male part should be at least 40% infill for it's strength.
