Buckle replacement for Ortlieb bag

This is a buckle that fits into the Ortlieb bags. The original part is sewed in, so once it broke, you cannot replace it with a standard one. I made it in two parts, so you can put it on a closed belt and close it with two M3 x 10 screws and nuts.
