Bucky Lid

Bucky Lid

A lid for the bucky bowl.http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:301542 It makes it look a bit like a cubist capsicum. Update - the new supported version is buckybowl-lid-2 Instructions As scaled here it is very tight - you may want to reduce it a percent or so. You might want to print the first dozen layers as a size test before attempting the complete part. Be prepared to do some fitting afterward. The model and printer will have slight errors so it may fit better is one orientation. I had trouble with the bridging and added extra support structures. The latest version is untested (later - not good). After running some tests http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:304172 I changed the support structure to 3 walls running in the Y direction. Your mileage may vary but this bridged perfectly for me. I also slowed my bridging speed from 60mm/sec to 10mm/sec I've also uploaded and unsupported version.
