This is an adapter for an 8" buffing wheel or polishing wheel, for a KingCanada bench grinder. The diameter of the shaft is 12.8mm and that of the flange is 76mm. It does have a bit of a lip so as to hold the wheel in place. And i put a bunch of extra hols for avoid warping.You do need to print this twice one for the left and one for the right side. You won't be using the original flanges anylonger. Instructions Don't have to use 100% infill since there aren't any compression forces appart for the nut that holds it on the shaft. As I mentioned print 2 units on left and one right. If you wheel has a different ID modify the SolidWork file and way you go. If you can't let me know and I will do it for ya. Cheers.
