Bug and Bee House (Full & Half Sizes)

This is a simple, easy-to-print bug and bee house designed to shelter solitary bees, ladybugs, and other beneficial garden bugs. The design includes a hood to keep your bug-guests from being rained on, and as an added protection against water all of the holes/slots are slanted downward slightly. I've included the full model, and a half-house model for those not quite sure about going all-out for their bee friends. Housing insects such as ladybugs is also a great way of ridding your garden of aphids and other damaging critters. Two 5 mm mounting holes on tabs are included so you can easily screw it onto a fencepost as shown in the mockup, or attach it to a small post to place it closer to the soil in your garden.
