Motor pinion and drive pulley for 3DSets Buggy with a FlashHobby D3530 1400KV Brushless Outrunner Motor. The drive pinion is hollow to slide over the motor shaft. Use a hobby knife to clear the thin cover over the hole for the motor shaft. Attach with 3 M2.5 x 8mm screws and blue thread lock. The drive pulley is installed as per the instructions. It is not necessary to screw the pulley to the pinion when used with this motor - the distance is correct and prevents the pulley from rubbing and melting. Print in PLA+, ASA, ABS, or other higher temperature filament with 100% infill. For best results, print more than one at a time to allow each layer to cool, and for spares.
