Welcome to use the fine model. Hotel, hospital, and office building designs are all available. Model and texture maps are completed, lighting has been tested. You can use it directly for animated cartoons. The model was made with 3D Max 2014, but I have not tested its functionality in other versions. This is a 3D Max file. If you need to use it with another software, you will need to export the file first as an OBJ or FBX format in 3D Max.
