Build Platform MakerBot

Note: The CorelDraw file contains 2 pages. Each page is a seperate piece. I titled the pages by material thickness. This is a build platform which i redesigned using the concepts provided by Zach Hoeken for the Cupcake CNC and other people through out the community. I do not have a working MakerBot as of yet, but im getting there. Since i have not tested this out, i cannot guarantee its operation. Please write me some comments if you try it out, letting me know if you successfully make a print using this design. Instructions (The two CorelDraw files are the same. Except one is saved in an older version for added compatibility.) To assemble this there are a few simple steps: Laser cut the two parts 1a. Note the thickness is hairline for cuts and other for raster etch 1b. Insert Magnets BEFORE continuing. It will be difficult to push them out after you glue the two pieces together 2.Lay the Raster grid on top of the original builders pad with the words "Build Pad" pointing up and grid pointing up as well Now that they are in place peal back the top pad and place some acrylic cement, or any "super glue" type Clamp it down! Make sure to place plenty of pressure onto the two pads. The flatter the two make a bond the better the surface will be NOTE: Due to the amount of heat the 'rastered' grid is exposed to, the top pad warps. The bottom pad helps rectify this situation because its of a much thicker material.
