In this 3D building model, you can use multiple import formats and receive all materials and textures. The unwrapped UVs allow for easy modular geometry creation through duplication, snapping, and block placement. Included are two textures (2000x2000) with some formats requiring texture reassignment. Available formats for download include max 9 Vray and standard materials (mentalray engine), c4d, fbx, ogj, 3ds, and dae.
