This model is part of a City Generator and you can find it on my account. Building 05 Model is ready to render with materials and textures as a VRay Scene in all of the main software applications (3DS Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, Houdini). Some buildings in the City Generator package have garages and underground parking for better ground blending. There are billboard placed for your local commercial space usage (your own big size print commercials). There is a dirt layer, world scale noises which will only make the building look differently based on its placement.
