Building Trawler Included formats: Blender 2.9 + Eevee or Cycles, 3ds Max 2017 + V-Ray, 3ds Max 2017 + Corona Render, .FBX, .OBJ. Also included are two archives: PBR_maps for PBR shading, and nonPBR_maps for 3ds Max and Corona Render/V-RAY. All objects, materials, and textures have been carefully named. All formats have been thoroughly tested and function correctly. No overlapping UVs exist. 4K textures are included, both PBR and non-PBR types. The model does not include any background or scenes used in preview images. No special plugin is required to use this model. It's my hope that you will find it enjoyable!
