The standard knobs on a Flashforge Creator are hard to turn without pulling and pushing the build plate up and down as you turn. These make it much much easier to turn and level the build plate.
Instructions
I printed these in PLA with standard makerware settings with support to keep the inside level. i drilled out the support structure in the middle hole with a 3.5mm drill bit.
to install the nuts i heated the plastic over a gas stove for about 2 seconds just to soften slightly so it doesnt crack, then put the nut in and push the edge back in. there is enough grip that it doesnt need glue.
