Bulkhead Union (top & flange) Summary: Bulkhead Union (aka) bulkhead fitting for ½” PVC pipe. Off-the-shelf fittings are both costly and difficult to procure during COVID-19. The part, for which the settings and images are shown in red here, are meant to be printed with TPU filament for attachment to the side of a 32 gallon Rubbermaid Brute trash container as a part of a build for a DIY Handwashing Station. The TPU filament allows for the bulkhead union to flex and meet the curved profile of the 32 gallon container. The Handwashing Station is designed by LavaMaeˣ as a part of an effort to promote hygiene and provide locations for people experiencing homelessness to wash their hands during COVID-19 and beyond.
