Chilli Technology HD Action Camera mount for motorbike helmet. Camera mount has a tilt action so can be adjusted to suit riding position. Printed on Robox using Black as Night ABS sliced with Cura using supports Get your prints here: http://bit.do/3dprintz Instructions Consists of Base & Cam Mount printed parts. I used an Igus Bearing GFM-0507-05http://www.igus.co.uk/iPro/iPro_02_0001_0000_GBen.htm?ArtNr=GFM-0507-07&c=GB&l=en although I have attached the STL so you could print in a different material. 50mm Suction mounts were bought from ebayhttp://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/291152160037?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&var=590323103650&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT Suction cups were mounted to the 1.5mm stainless plate by drilling a 9mm hole with a slot at either end and couple of M10 washers also cut open to retain the cups in place Assemble 2 x M4 screws into base part along with Igus Bearing. Using M5 x 16 Countersink screw, secure into Cam Mount using M5 Nyloc Nut. It has to be a Nyloc nut to provide resistance for the "tilt" action and needs to be done up quite tight but should still swivel on the face of the Igus bearing. Camera is fitted using 2 x M3 x12ish screws and plain nuts. Stainless plate with suction cups is then attached to the mount using 2 x M4 x 8 button head screws. Attach to helmet. There should be enough play in the stainless sheet to bend to match the profile of other helmets. Enjoy!
