Servo Mount https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:623375 RC Boat I built from a scale CAD file of real boat I scaled and cut up for printing. I decided to go with a outboard I already had for simplicity. Boat runs 29mph on 3cell 2200mah lipo with stock outboard. I was gonna put larger motor on out-drive but this thing runs faster than i thought so no need to stress the lower unit for me. I built this as a scale running boat and its much faster. Boat runs incredibly stable. There is alignment holes and pins in design for gluing. I used 2 part epoxy and clamped each section with long clamps over night then doing next one. some of the sections I just redrilled alignment holes and used small wood dowels for alignment. Hull was Smoothed and sanded with bondo and block sanded. Then multiple coats of filler primer and sanded with 220 till last coat with 320grit. Each coat of paint was water sanded with 2000gritt before next coat. Top and inside boat was painted with can of truck bed liner coating.
