40mm Fan Cover Maximizes available surface area of fan blades. Air channels are 2.6mm wide for very minimal flow restriction and direct line-of-sight of the blades is less than 1mm wide. This greatly limits the size of foreign objects that can make their way into the fan. Very easy print with 50° overhangs which don't need support. Can still view the outer edge of the fan's hub, making visual confirmations a breeze. Thickness is 2mm which gives necessary rigidity without limiting it's use on a variety of cooling fan options. Radial design works with the fan's flow, not against it.
