I didn't feel like buying a new gear so I used Fusion 360 and a neat helical gear plugin to quickly make this speedo drive gear from pictures I found online. I only had the mating part initially. I used 100% fill with PLA and it has worked so far. I did have to poke two small holes in it to fasten to the wheel hub with pins. If it does fail, I will try to print again with nylon.
