This rubbery bumper will turn that free Harbor Freight flashlight into a piece of military-grade hardware! It will also keep you from gouging yourself on the sharp front edge. Instructions This was my first experiment with NinjaFlex filament. It was printed with 0.2mm layers at a nominal speed of 30mm/sec, 230C and full fan. It is sized to stretch slightly over the end of the flashlight. It could also be printed ABS or PLA, but you'll need to scale it up a little to get a good friction fit.
