This is made in OpenSCAD. Everything is entirely parametric and really well commented, so you can easily modify it or use it as a base to build a case for other smartphones with a similar shape. The source is on Github and the repository also contains lots of info and instructions. I'll keep updating that and the STL file here might get outdated over time, so rather load up the .scad file and export to .stl from there. Feel free to make changes and send me pull requests! Instructions I find that this works best with a strong and semi-flexible or flexible filament. I've had success with Taulman Bridge Nylon and some no-name TPE that's probably similar to SemiFlex. I print it with 0.1mm layer height, but 0.2mm should also work just fine. It is best to print with supports for the bridges, otherwise they will probably come out rather messy. I designed this for a 0.4mm nozzle. Depending on the type of filament you're using, it might be best to render this to have either 0.8mm or 1.2mm walls. For that reason, or if you have a different nozzle diameter, it might be best to just get the openscad file from github, configure it to your nozzle and print wall diameter sizes, render your own STL file and then print from there.
