Burley Coho XC 20" wheel conversion

I was looking for a new bike trailer as I was not satisfied with the maneuverability of my previous two wheel trailor. After breaking it down to Burley Coho XC and the Tout Terrain Mule I was finaly going for the Burley due to availability and price advantage. One down of the Burley is the significantly smaller wheel (16" vs 20") which means it is more sensitive to small bumps on the track. Once the trailer arrived I carefully measured and found out a 20" wheel is slightly too big and will just not fit. The available 3" 16"+ wheel I had ad my place for a trial as well but was no valid replacement for a 20" wheel. After carefully inspecting the wheel mount on the frame I thought it should be possible to design an adapter from the 9.5mm mount with quick release to 12mm thru axle. Here you see the result. A conversion kit for the Burley Coho XC to mount a 20" wheel with 12mm*1.5 thru axle. I decided to go with hub dynamo to install a tail light as well as a mobile/usb charger because the trailer is for touring.
