This is a tool holder that can be screwed into the lid of a Milwaukee Packout case with 3 mm screws. This holder utilises the small holes already in the lid of the Packout case. Designed for storing Die Grinder Burrs with a 1/4 inch (6.35mm) shank. It is a tight fit so I recommend using a 1/4 drill to open up the holes if you find they need adjusting.
