Burton binding replacement toe strap I tried to print it with Nylon, but had no luck due to high shrinkage of my Nylon filament. (Maybe you can try with higher quality Nylon Filament) Then I tried with TPU, the result came out pretty nicely. Strong and not much stretching, it holds the ratchet nice and firm. Can't wait to test it on real snow. -------------------------- [update 2019/12/31] Added v3 and v4 with deeper teeth section. Should prevent the strap from slipping. Also print with ASA/ABS or PETG for better performance. TPU is too soft.
