On the Chariot (Thule) ski attachment, this is a bushing / sleeve for the harness bars that then attach around your waist. This bushing / sleeve fits inside the larger diameter aluminium bar, so that the smaller diameter bar can slide inside. We lost one while disassembling, so I made the outside diameter a little larger than the original so that it has a tighter fit and should not come loose. I printed with 100% infill and 0.12 layer height
