Something I saw in a magazine on-line. Saved the jpeg and traced it in using Solidworks. Quickest and easiest way for curve smoothness was using splines. An absolute no-no in my book but it worked best and a time saver for free-handing a complex profile. If you are a Solidworks user you will know how to remove the text on the sign.
