Remixed PID enclosure to use the REX PID controller bezel retainer, cooling slots and print in place supports. Same suuport points as the original. Version 3 changes: - revised the wall thickness to be 4mm on the back that bolts to the frame, - 2.4mm everywhere else, - longer bearing surface at the bottom to engage the frame better, - moved the front out for the slot to better align with the bolt holes, - added 'Combined' version with case and supports all in one print in place file, - reference picture of drill press frame used for modeling. Power switch has been rotate 180 and moved up to clear the SSR. Your wiring may change- I did not use or follow the wiring PDF as I wired my setup a little differently. I think its best to cut wires to length as you wire the devices up anyhow. SSR has been relocated to the bottom of the enclosure, with a provision for a cutout to attach the heatsink. A 1/8" thick solid metal spacer will be needed to bridge the gap between the SSR and the heatsink. I have not coupled the heatsink yet, but depending on your temps, you might need it. Additonal support ears added to the corners and sides to aid in adhesion. Print in place supports are typically gapped 0.2 - 0.24 from adjacent vertical surfaces. There may be places that the extrusion sagged and adhered, but careful use of a razor blade should free it up. If you need to relase the bezel retainer from the PID unit, you have clearance in the vent slots to do so with a small screwdriver from the side of the clips. Use your slicer to vary the settings of the supports object. I reduced it to 1 perimeter and 5% infill and that seemed to work. I have attached screenshots how I did it in SuperSlicer/ Prusa Slicer (Don' t ask me about how to do it in Cura, I dont use it).
