This is an optional cable-actuated shutter assembly for the terraPin 6X9 pinhole camera. This will only work on the 6X9 version of the 'slider' insert. A 3mm nut fits into the front plate to receive the tapered thread of the shutter cable release. This mech requires your cable release to actuate at least 10mm. Instructions Needed to assemble: 2 - 12mm M3 socket head bolts with nuts 1 - M3 nut for threaded end of remote cable release Superglue or similar Sand paper and/or files for fit and finish of parts. Appropriately-sized rubber band (elastic) Assembly should be evident from the illustration, but pay special care to fit of the sliding shutter for light-tightness.
