My professor need to buy 03 butterfly valves for his project. China's products are too expensive than his budget. I design and make 03 pcs of butterfly valves with total price 27.000,00 USD only (9.000,00 USD/pc including electric cubicle and hydraulic power unit). Leakage flow is based on AWWA standard (i.e. 0.02L/s/m seal). In fact, leakage flow is 16cc/min.
