Summary I found a really good collection for Stan, Kyle, Kenny and Cartman, but the CAD models available for Butters were nowhere near as good by comparison, This is my attempt at a similar Butters (my favourite) to go with the collection I'm printing, also had to put him in PJ's just like his bobble head counterpart available on shebay. CAD File to follow once I've shelled it properly, this print, while hollow at 0% infill, no support, printed with a small column in the center which extended up to his hair, I will fix this. Work also needs to be done on the arms as these were just quick bosses with fillets, rather than a nice lofted surface. Dual Strude for his yellow bonnet will be available soon too! NOTE: I created Butters on Solidworks, NOT Cartman, who can be found here: https://cults3d.com/en/game/south-park-crew UPDATE: (19/2/16) Butters Version Deux is now available for download, vast improvement on the previous design, incorporating surfaces instead of solids. Dual Strustion stls included! The arms haven't shelled with the rest of the body, which is a pity, Netfabb will be straight on that and I'll re up/L. Printing will commence later this afternoon..... xx UPDATE: (20/2/16) V2 print failed due to a clog, but it wasn't bridging how I would have wanted it to, so redesigned today. V3 IS HERE!! Print with 10% infill to aid bridging, and no support needed, just make sure your outer shells are slooooowww. :) Happy Slicing x PS V4, will have bunny slippers added but I will get to that later, for now I have what I hope is a print friendly model.
