C-Bar for Paragliding

<p><strong>Story</strong></p><p>My friend, who is a paragliding pilot too, wanted to make a simple C-Bars for better steering by C risers of his paraglider.</p><p>There are some designs on the internet, but instead of verification other designs if they fits, it is easier design by myself.</p><p><strong>Description</strong></p><p>This C-Bar is for C riser with dimensions (12 x 2) mm, which are common for higher class of UP Paragliders brand (it also works with my KIBO 2).</p><p><strong>Print settings</strong></p><ul><li>Material: PETG (ASA or PLA should work too)</li><li>Layer height: 0,15 mm (QUALITY profile in PrusaSlicer)</li><li>Perimeters: 3</li><li>Infill pattern: Gyroid</li><li>Infill density: 20%</li><li>Supports: Optional - if so, then supports on build plate only</li></ul><p><strong>Bill of Material (BoM):</strong></p><ul><li>4 pcs of 3D printed half bar</li><li>8 pcs of M3x16 Screws</li><li>8 pcs of M3 Nuts</li></ul><p><strong>Simply clever design tip</strong></p><p>I way too lazy to design different opening for Screw and Nuts, so I had simply clever idea make it universal and it works pretty well!</p><figure class="image image-style-align-center"><img src="https://media.prusaprinters.org/media/prints/88419/rich_content/2c8acebf-dfa9-4c71-a77f-2e63bdba71db/20211124_005552.png#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%22762ec190-c8c7-466a-a1e2-3579a505a4f7%22%2C%22w%22%3A1876%2C%22h%22%3A1407%7D"></figure><p><strong>Disclamer</strong></p><p>I am not responsible for any damage or injury on your paraglider using this custom C-Bar.
