C-casettes are in the edge of landfill. Inspired by mschiller's CD/DVD case organizer I decided try to lengthen casette cases lifecycle aswell. With a little effort this part is supposed to convert your c-casette cases to small parts organizers. Given STL-models fit to TDK and PolyGram cases (lid cavity inner measures 103x13) and maybe more. The SCAD-file is included to modify measures for other cases and number of compartments. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: RepRap Kossel XL Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 10 % Notes: Number of loops: 2 Skin thickness: 0.4 mm Post-Printing Clear out all tumblers inside your case. You can fit the part both ways, open or closed end. Superglue into place if necessary.
