C-mount rear lens cap

A rear lens cap for C-mount lenses (like the ones that go on the rapsberry pi HQ camera. I printed this on a Formlabs Form 3 at both 25 and 50 micron layer thickness, directly on the platform with the flat side down. You can remove the platform offset at the bottom if this isn't the case for you in the Customizer. This uses the threads library from https://dkprojects.net/openscad-threads/, which is conveniently inlined in the scad file for Customizer reasons.
