This is a mezzanine for a C1 Chaser flying wing which allows you to use a whopping great big flight pack such as a 5200mAh 4S multistar battery and also squeeze in a Eagle Tree Vector or a F4 flight controller on top of the battery pack. I bought my C1 Chaser model here https://goo.gl/0bA8VY and it arrived in a couple of days. I'm converting mine to a med-long range FPV model and needed the extra room to fit in the vector.
