C3po shoulder rotation replacement for jesse m files

This will allow smoother shoulder rotation to a c3po torso there is now a new combined version with pre-printed screw holes. These pieces can be added onto jesse M c3po torso, just cut off the shoulder rotation system off the jesse m torso and glue this in its place. one on chest, one on back. Stick screws into the holes to keep the shoulder ring from pulling off, but still allowing spinning. Cover up the screws with felt or something of your choice to keep screws from poping out if you don't want to permanently glue them. This is scaled up a bit, you may want to compare it to jesse m shoulder ring scale. This is be 105% scale of Jesse M and Don Post
