C3PO Torso - Sequel Trilogy Version

For the sequel trilogy, a new 3d printed suit was created to allow alterations for Anthony Daniels' comfort. The biggest change to the C-3po design is the torso, which is now symmetrical and has been "puffed" out to allow breathing room. The collar bone area is now angled outward, rather than inward. I wanted to find a way to make my C-3po cosplay much more comfortable in the chest. Eventually I found out that the VR game "Tales From The Galaxy's Edge" featured a sequel style C-3PO. I then hired a 3d modeler to create a high quality wearable model using the low poly model from the game as reference. This might not be a perfect replica to the movie suit, but it is very accurate from what I can tell. One inaccuracy is that I used the Jesse M torso for reference for cutting the shoulder angle, although I now realize that it should have been much more angled to be more movie accurate. For the shoulder rotation, just glue one on each torso half and then attach the shoulder ring by sticking screws through the holes, causing it to make the ring spin without disconnecting. You'll have to most likely drill new holes into the pre-existing holes for screws to fit. Shoulder ring and neck ring is remixed from Jesse M files. The neck ring was altered to fit this, but I did not change the hole positions. So the holes don't line up exact, so if you drill holes for neck screws, keep that in mind. This is scaled to 105% scale of Don Post and Jesse M files, which makes it closer to life size, but not exact, as I dont know the true scale of the props. This sequel version gives somewhere around 1.5 inches of extra space on the side profile compared to other c3po torsos for a more comfortable cosplay. I printed it and I had lots of extra room and was very comfortable. Much better than wearing the tight uncomfortable OG style chests.
