Update 10/19/2018: added a version 2 file that lines the 40mm fan outer edge with 92mm. rounded some corners. Just a warning to start. If you print this and put it on your C7 it can be a pain to get back off without breaking it. Might be a good idea to leave one of the 92mm fan screws out so you can flex the frame more. Initially I was just going to use https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2313969/apps with a 120mm or 140mm fan but I was having issues with slim fans The slim 120 and 140s did not have enough static pressure to push air into the heatsink. The 92mmx14mm Noctua actually does a great job. In my Dan case with an Asus B450-i the top of the mobo where the M.2 drive is was getting super hot so I decided to just make my own bracket with 2x 40mmx20mm Noctua fans.
