C9 LED Bulb Replacement (Walmart Holiday Time)

This is a replacement bulb for the Walmart Holiday Time LED C9 Light Set. (One of our bulbs broke and I used it as an excuse to practice modeling and printing a very thin (translucent) object. It is modeled in openSCAD so you can change the size of the bulb and the shape if you edit the numbers. Instructions This can be a challenging print. To get it truly translucent, you will need to print it with no more than one or two layers (ideally with a natural or lightly pigmented PLA). I set my perimeters to 1 and zero infil and used a 2mm rim on the bottom to make sure it adhered and it printed fine on my Prusa Mendel. I have included my Slic3r config for PLA. You will either need to print it slowly, or enable cooling pauses or use a cooling fan, otherwise the thin walls get too soft and melt downwards.
