I built the kitchen hook to hang kitchen towels that don't have a hanging loop. Have also tried the hooks on the children's loft bed to hang t-shirts or jackets. The kitchen towels can be easily clamped in the gap. The hooks fit doors with a wall thickness of about 19mm. The narrow hook is 10mm wide and the wide hook is 19mm wide.
