Cabinet Faceplate Clip

Cabinet Faceplate Clip

thingiverse

Once upon a time, the original clips that held a faceplate to the cabinet in our bathroom broke. I'd tried designing and printing off a replacement back in my early MakerBot Cupcake days, but it didn't quite work out. I finally got around to redesigning it in OpenSCAD, printing off a pair and re-installing that faceplate. Source files can be found at GitHub:https://github.com/clothbot/makerbot/tree/master/fabjects/Household/FaceplateClip Instructions Open the source file in OpenSCAD, tweak as required and render. Export as STL. Print off two (or more) pairs. Use double-sided tape to do the initial positioning of the parts. Screw them in place. The screw holes are sized to be 1/8" wide. Re-install faceplate.
