Cable Clamp (strain relief) for Eleksmaker electronics

This is a clamp for the cables coming from the electronic boards of the Eleksmaker laser (version as of January 2019). It is based on the "EleksMaker Laser A3 Pro Cable Support" by Fuganater Oct 20, 2017. I placed an extra clamping arm for other cables that may come out from the electronic board. Y-axis cables don't really need clamping as I routed them through the V-slot and don't move. I usually have to scale by 10 all my drawings when they go into my slicer. It maybe because I draw them in mm and slicers may expect cm.
