I made this cable clamp for my speakercables. The cable is 2x 3mm. The spike is 1.2mm but 1mm is also working. But you can just make the hole larger to fit you spike ;) Made by 0.1mm layer thickness and 100% infill. Also the edge is flat so it would be discreet and close to the wall.
