I made these clips to tidy up the cable routing on my mountain bike. They're designed to fit snugly on the two different diameters of hydraulic brake hose and shifter cable housing. They stay in place and can easily be clipped and unclipped. Printed with 100% infill, I used PLA+ but PETG would probably be a better choice.
