Cable/cord Holder for Shark hz500uk vacuum cleaner. My wife managed to break the spinning cable holder (she didn't realise that it has a twist lock for easy release of the cable). I managed to fish the important bit out of the bin so that I could take measurements for the screw/spring etc. unfortunately i didn't recover the end that had snapped off, so guessed the length of the hook, but it seems about right. Still not entirely sure if this is the correct name for the part, as I can't seem to find one on google (probably because I'm not sure what it's called) Hopefully this might help someone else looking for a part that's hard to get hold of.
