This part prevents the sheet metal cover from damaging the cables for the hotend. There is no need to disassemble the hotend assembly! Print in PET-G or ABS, or similar flexible materials. (Will not work with PLA since the filament needs to be flexible.) Mounting instruction: 1) Push the part around the cables and ptfe-tube. 2) Lower it to the sheet metal part. 3) Squeeze the open end together. 4) Insert the full radii side and push down(sideways) 5) Push the open side down. 6) Release, lean back and feel proud of yourself, you're done!
