Simple cable clip i made, nothing special just something that makes your life a bit easier. The clip is printed in two parts 1x the clip itself 1x the screw part. both pieces can be glued or just pressed together The Sizes are (inside diameter): Ø15mm Ø20mm Ø25mm Ø30mm all of them are available in two different thickness sizes 10mm and 5mm (the Screw Hole is Ø4mm) i printed the screw part with 100% infill, you can print the clip itself at any infill % you like only the screw part needs support (but is not nacessary) i printed it with 0.3mm layer height but other resolutions should work as well.
