Cable lock cover/end cap for the Kuat Transfer hitch-mounted bicycle rack. Kuat no longer includes a cover with each cable lock kit. Keep out dirt and moisture, and reduce rattle. Cover snaps on to lock body and isolates it from the arm and cable end.
