Cable Managment Clips - RB1, RB2, RB3

A reusable locking cable management system for those tired of cutting and replacing cable ties. They are designed to fit the 3/4" (19mm) square rails for the Rigidbot and ReliaBuild 3D printers. The RB1 has steel rails. The RB2 and RB3 have aluminum rails. The clips are available in three primary styles. * Vertical rail interlocking. (Dual and Single extruder cable and stepper motor cable) * Horizontal rail with locking clip. (Same cable options as the vertical) * Horizontal open slot. The basic implementation method is to snap the clips onto the rails a short distance apart from each other and insert your cables into the open sections. Then slid the clips together locking the cables in place. See pictures for details on how to use them. The vertical rails are self interlocking while the horizontal rail clips require a locking piece to be slipped over them. The clips are labeled for the printer type they are designed for and the number of extruder cables that can fit in them. Those with Locking in the title will require the lock piece to keep them together. The lock pieces are provided in a single and dual configuration and will work with any of the respective configuration locking clips. Print two of the parts for a complete clip set. The clips fit together by rotating one of them 180 degrees. Only one lock piece is required for the locking set of clips. Since these are precision fit parts it is highly recommended that thermally calibrated filament be used.
