Cable Pass Through Wall Port

Cable Pass Through Wall Port

I needed a way to pass a network cable through the wall from one room to another without leaving the inside of the wall exposed. This cable pass through uses a screw design to form a solid tube all the way through your wall and accommodates a network cable and its plug. The outside diameter of the assembled tube is 1.26". The inside diameter is 0.78". The adjustable screw design accommodates walls between 3.5" and 5.7" thick. Simply drill a 1 3/8" hole all the way through your wall, insert one tube from each side of the wall, and screw them together. This printed fine for me at .2mm layer height, no supports, and 20% infill. Update Feb 13 2020: I uploaded a longer version of the outside tube based upon rm200's comments. This longer tube is now 3" longer and should accommodate a 9" wall thickness. I also included the Fusion 360 project in case you would like to tweak it further.
