Cable Passthrough Grommet

Cable Passthrough Grommet

These are a couple of grommets I made for my printer enclosure. I wanted a good way to feed the power cable and PTFE tube into the enclosure without having a hole that lets a lot of heat out. I printed mine in ninjaflex TPU (85A) but I'd imagine anything 95A and below will work. You should be able to scale the X and Y dimensions as much as you'd like, although the gap between triangles will widen. I do not recommend scaling down, as the gap is currently 0.2mm and already requires a little post processing to pull the tabs apart. I attached the fusion 360 files in case you want to edit it. I also added a non-filled version for use as a template to mark where you might need to cut.
