I'm not really sure how to even categorize this project. it crosses into many other projects I'm working on, but basically this is a set of cable covers designed to allow upper gantry wiring for LCD's, sensors, etc., and lower gantry main wiring to pass without wires being visible, and in most case into these extrusion slot covers: http://www.mcmaster.com/#47065t93/=13j4f4b

The lower pieces work best with the Taz 3 control box, though others would work too. The LCD back section works with All Taz variants, though the bottom portion would be Taz 3 specific. The Lightbar ends work with my other lightbar pieces. and a new full revision of the lightbar project is in the works.

I've been dumping these files and development stuff related to them in my "sensor Project" thread in the Lulzbot forum here:
https://forum.lulzbot.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=2134&start=20

These mainly bolt on. The ones that need support have it already in the model. You will need a few M3 heat set inserts for the lower cable path cover, but thats only really useful for Taz 3 users anyways.

More to come, I'll have more pictures and wireing progress when I get to that stage with this unit

These are designed to work with the Taz specifically, but should also fit many 20mm extrusion based printer designs.

Print instructions

Category: 3D Printer Parts Summary

I'm not really sure how to even categorize this project. it crosses into many other projects I'm working on, but basically this is a set of cable covers designed to allow upper gantry wiring for LCD's, sensors, etc., and lower gantry main wiring to pass without wires being visible, and in most case into these extrusion slot covers: http://www.mcmaster.com/#47065t93/=13j4f4b

The lower pieces work best with the Taz 3 control box, though others would work too.
