I use this part on the x carriage side to support hot end cables. I use the m3 screw that secure the part fan to secure this cable support. And I use anouther part to secure the other side of cable on the 2020 extrusion: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2111707 This is for my build on HyperCube 3D printer.
